2005年：永住権を取得 2005: Obtained permanent residency

2007年：株式会社サンテックを設立し、トナーカートリッジの製造・販売を開始 2007: Founded Suntech Co., Ltd. and launched toner cartridge manufacturing and sales

2010年：不動産賃貸業を開始 2010: Entered the real estate rental business

2015年：トナーカートリッジ事業を売却し、不動産事業を本格始動 2015: Sold the toner cartridge business and fully launched real estate operations
